With over 35 years experience in waterproofing, we have seen many waterproofing products come and go. Some are extremely effective, others less so. This experience has proven that there is no one best product! Each project needs to be examined on its merits and the best mix of products specified and installed by competent people. We regularly see the results of erroneous specifications, changed specifications to reduce costs with no regard to efficacy, or poor installation all leaving substantial damage and rectification costs in their wake.
The Waterproofers only use products which have proven themselves in both industry and our own internal testing, and have the ability for inspection and testing protocols to be applied to them. A proven product with an effective testing & inspection pathway provides peace of mind and fits with our long-term warranties.
Liners
The Waterproofers exclusively use Beutyliner liners for waterproofing ponds, planter boxes, and ballasted roofs. Beutyliner liners are manufactured from either butyl or EPDM rubber and custom manufactured to suit each project.
Sealers
Although not technically waterproofing, the use of surface sealers can prevent areas of paving, stone, concrete or other masonry surfaces from being exposed to varying types of degradation, including pedestrian and vehicle traffic, exposure to natural weathering, chemical or salt attack, graffiti, and fungal or algae growth.
Seamless Liquids
Liquid waterproofing membranes are relative newcomers to the marketplace, and have improved immeasurably over the last 15 years. Butyl rubber is a synthetic rubber, a copolymer of isobutylene with isoprene, and it possesses unique physical and chemical properties. It will resist ageing from heat, sunlight & ozone. It has excellent gas impermeability, toughness, and remains flexible at low temperatures.
